AHHH! There are few things that make my heart go pitter patter like vintage luggage. Especially when said vintage luggage doesn’t smell like mothballs or dead attic rats. And this one doesn’t smell like either of those. SCORE!
As you might have noticed, I’m starting to share my finds that I’m listing for sale on my Etsy shop. If you subscribe to my blog, you’ll most likely be among the first to know when I list something new in my shop. Lucky you, my little subscriber friend, lucky you!
I almost squealed when I laid eyes on this little darling. With the original keys? Are you kidding me?! I swooped this up, brought it home and gave it a light cleaning before you could say Samsonite! Find it listed here.
I found this accordion on Craigslist a few years ago. I can’t say how excited I was when I first laid eyes on it. So shiny. So pretty. Ahhh! I had great fun teaching myself to play a few songs on it too. But reality: It’s too heavy for me and I have a bad back/shoulder that makes it difficult to practice for more than about 15 minutes at a time. So, I’ve decided to try to sell it in my Etsy shop. All the details are there. If you’ve ever had an inkling to play the accordion, this might be your chance!
I love milk glass. It’s knobby texture just begs to be handled, doesn’t it? It automatically transports me to the homes of so many dear ladies that I’ve known throughout my life. I found this little cutie last week and it just made me smile. Couldn’t not get it.
Available for purchase in my Etsy shop, The Tweed Rabbit!
